2019 Detroit Red Wings NHL Prospect Tournament Roster

The Detroit Red Wings have announced their 2019 roster for the NHL prospect tournament at Centre ICE Arena in Traverse City, MI. The team features a trio of first round draft picks including Joe Valeno, Moritz Seider, and Filip Zadina. Taro Hirose and Ryan Kuffner, who were signed to entry level contracts at the end of last season as college free agents, are also partcipating. Top goaltending prospect Filip Larsson will make his North American debut in Traverse City. To round out their roster the Wings have invited 13 free agent tryouts though several of those are already under contract with Grand Rapids.
This year’s Tournament is scheduled from September 6 – 10 and will feature teams from Dallas, Detroit, Columbus, Chicago, Minnesota, New York, St. Louis, and Toronto. For details on the tournament and ticket information please click here.
